- Usage Data: How you interact with our dashboard, including login times and feature usage.

- Provide and operate your AI receptionist service
- Send you lead notifications via SMS when your AI receptionist handles a call
- Send account-related messages including welcome texts, trial reminders, payment alerts, and weekly summaries
- Process payments and manage your subscription

3. SMS Communications
By signing up for Callita and providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your account and service. These include:
- Welcome messages when you activate your account
- Real-time lead notifications when your AI receptionist handles a call
- Trial and subscription reminders
- Payment status notifications
- Weekly call and lead summaries
Message frequency varies based on your call volume. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:
- Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate our platform, including Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS and phone), Retell AI (voice AI), and Supabase (database hosting). These providers only access information necessary to perform their services.
